In this study, two types of graphene oxides (HGO and BGO) were synthesized by the Brodie method and the Hummers method, respectively, and the correlation between their functional group amount and catalytic activity was evaluated. The amount of functional groups was determined using the Boehm titration method. To evaluate the catalytic activity of GO, a hydrogenation reaction of nitrobenzene was carried out by adding HGO and BGO as catalysts. The total amount of acidic functional groups of HGO
