CholecystogastricFistulae are a rare variety of biliary fistulae .Mostfistulaebetweenthegallbladderand intestinaltractbecomeobvious[1]. But here we report a rare silent presentation ofCholecystogastricfistula in a 51 year old female,whowas posted for routine laparoscopic cholecystectomy for long standing cholelithiasis.
