The achievement of the objectives of this research is to use the method of Focus Group Discussion with the employee to determine the score obtained. From the results of measurements that have been done show that the whole performance of Cooperative of Krama Yudha Ratu Motor Employees is pretty good, it is shown from the score generated from each perspective. The conclusion to be drawn from the analysis that has been done is that the balanced scorecard can be used as a method of performance measurement in the cooperative, as the balanced scorecard raised the important aspects that are ignored by the traditional performance measurement, so that the measurement results with the balanced scorecard is more comprehensive. Abstraksi Koperasi adalah suatu organisasi yang lebih menempatkan kepentingan dan kesejahteraan anggota pada posisi yang sentral dari keseluruhan aktivitas koperasi. Dalam penerapan penggunaan balanced scorecard pada koperasi maka ada penyesuaian pada empat perspektif dalam balanced scorecard yaitu: perspektif finansial, perspektif keanggotaan, perspekif kemitraan, dan perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja Koperasi Karyawan Krama Yudha Ratu Motor dilihat dari metode balanced scorecard. Upaya pencapaian dari tujuan penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode Focus Discussion Group dengan pihak Koperasi Karyawan Krama Yudha Ratu Motor untuk menentukan skor penilaian kinerja yang didapatkan.Dari hasil pengukuran yang telah dilakukan memperlihatkan bahwa kinerja Koperasi Karyawan Krama Yudha Ratu Motor secara keseluruhan sudah cukup baik, hal tersebut ditunjukkan dari nilai skor yang dihasilkan dari masing-masing perspektif. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari analisis yang sudah dilakukan adalah bahwa balanced scorecard dapat digunakan sebagai metode pengukuran kinerja pada koperasi, karena balanced scorecard mengangkat aspek-aspek penting yang diabaikan oleh pengukuran kinerja secara tradisional, sehingga hasil pengukuran dengan balanced scorecard lebih komprehensif.
