The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between hope and psychological well-being (R= 0.531, P <0.01). Also, there is a positive and significant relationship between perceived social support and psychological well-being (R= 0.751, P<0.01). Regression analysis showed that hope and perceived social support, predict %60 of psychological well-being variance. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that hope and perceived social support are important factors in prediction of psychological well-being. Therefore, it is suggested that these factors be seriously considered preventive and therapeutic interventions.
