The subject of my lecture is the importance of the collective work in order to create and develop a city, as it is revealed through the comparison between two structural programs, one in Rio de Janeiro and one in Berlin. ... support and reveal the special characteristic of the natural view of each city and the special architectural characteristics of each city, so that they would give a place for the habitants to rest and express themselves and same while their needs would be applied. Moreover, through this comparison we can notify the need for participation of the local people in order to improve their city, so that their need would be more taken into account and they would be part of the city. It is also very important to mention, that with this analyze of different structural projects taking place in cities with totally opposite problems, there is a general new way of how the structural process should be. This way has to do with the need for more social thinking and concerning, before, while and after constructing and area, so that the basic human right in the city would be provided.
