New forms and structures of integration of higher education, science, industry, entrepreneurship, funding sources, regional and local governments and authorities emerge under the conditions of market relations, which allow effective implementation of new technologies of the 21st century. Consequently, the study proves that the university, in spite of ongoing transformations and changes, is currently the most attractive form of science and education integration. But experience indicates that trying to copy foreign models in the domestic format is almost unrealistic. In order to adapt to the conditions of functioning of domestic SIEs it is necessary to develop effective socio-economic mechanisms for the integration of science, education and business sector, taking into account modern technologies of educational and research space.
