The results of the study found that there are some shortcomings in the strategic entrepreneurship at Beni -Suef University, including : weak efforts to attract creative and innovative professors, a weak interest in continuous professional development of the administrative staff, a lack of activities supporting innovation and creativity at the university, a lack of plans to establish new branches in new places, a scarcity of entering into high-risk and high-return projects, weak investments in high-tech technology firms, a weak cooperation with the university and the private sector institutions, and weak partnerships with the university and businessmen. The most important obstacles of strategic entrepreneurship at the university are a social resistance to new ideas and change, a lack of business incubators at the university. The study presented a proposed vision for strengthening strategic entrepreneurship at the university using technology parks, based on two main dimensions ; planning to establish technology parks, and employing these parks to enhance strategic entrepreneurship at the university.
