The aim of this study is to study the prevalence of pulmonary hypertension in obstructive sleep apnea patients with obstructive airway disease using ECHO. Subjects and method: The study was performed on 50 obstructive airway diseases (OAD) patients out of which 35 were associated with OSA. After getting informed consent, patients basic demographic details, clinical history, detailed general and systemic examination, spirometry, sleep study, Echo were performed for each patients.
