As far as severity is concerned more number of severe pulomonary hypertension were noted in OSA and Obese patients. Conclusion: Pulmonary hypertension is invariably present in most of the OSA patients with obstructive airway diseases. Hence control of OSA by CPAP therapy in OAD patients will prevent or delay the development of pulmonary hypertension.
