Onecase of calcification in the striopallidodentate system associated with pseudohypoparathyroidism type I is described. Striopallidodentate calcification accompanying a disturbance in calcium metabolism is, to our knowledge, extremely rare with only thirteen previously documented cases reported, of which only two cases accompany pseudohypoparathyroidism.
