The paper presents a multivariate analysis (PCA-principal component analysis) of the essential oils from Dicotyledonatae and Pinatae classes encapsulated in b-cyclodextrin. The essential oil/b--cyclodextrin complexes were obtained by solution method. Uncomplexed volatile oils and complexes with b--cyclodextrin were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and thermogravimetry (TG), respectively.
