This article aims to map the potential of the Antajaya region in planning with the establishment of BUMDes in the region and how to strengthen its role in the rural economy. The research method used is qualitative, this study shows that the village of Antajaya in the future will become a rural economic strength. Open opportunities that can be developed into agropolitan areas, namely the economic, agribusiness, agrotourism and agro-industrial areas, including coffee education tourism.
