Purpose: Autism is a developmental disability diagnosed in childhood recognized as social disorder. The main focus of this study is to understand autism and its impact on the siblings. The objective of the research was aimed to evaluate the quality of life of siblings, the younger and adolescent siblings of autism child; to understand the perception, views, thoughts, opinions and the level of acceptance of the siblings in the family. Design/Methodology/Approach: The study is of qualitative research type where a collection of data from purposive samples, 10 families diagnosed with autism taken and analyzed and conclusions drawn. The study consists of five siblings of the variant age groups of younger and older siblings. Findings/Result: The questionnaire supported the difficulties and the outcome of siblings with a child diagnosed with autism. Originality/Value: The findings specified, on average the effect of the diagnosis of autism in siblings not managed to transcend the initial shock and shows great concern for the future as siblings. The significance and implications of the research paved the current and future families to understand the siblings' perspectives for the better organization, adaptation, and adjustments of the holistic domains of life.
