This paper reports the Advancement of Energy Management using BEMS and Simulation. It proposed the use of the system simulation as an energy evaluation and an information management, and the use of BEMS as data management. Such energy management is called "Simulation Assisted Facility and Energy Management: SAFEM". Advanced energy management is possible according to the SAFEMS, it is effective in the reduction of the life cycle energy in the building.
