This paper aims to propose a mixed algorithm to simulate the interaction between cable-truss; the study is focused on the geometric nonlinear analysis since the cables always have nonlinear behavior under static loads. By using lagrangian formulations, it is determined the nonlinear stiffness matrices from the elements cable and truss, which are assembled to a structure on a global reference system.
