An experiment "Interactive effect of calcium and magnesium on rooting of Schefflera arboricola cuttings" was conducted at Ornamental Nursery Farm, Department of Horticulture, The University of Agriculture Peshawar during 2012-13. Calcium and magnesium each at 0, 5, 10, 15, and 20% were used alone and in combination. Calcium at the rate of 20% caused highest number of roots (11.07), root weight (2.65g) and root length (23.97cm) whereas magnesium alone at the rate of 10% resulted in better root
