Teachers in carrying out learning also act as leaders in the classroom. Leadership skills are needed by teachers to act as good teachers and leaders. Collaborative understanding between the two will guide optimal character development to prepare the younger generation. In this study identify to be able to see whether the teacher has leadership skills, especially as an approach to the effectiveness of learning. A qualitative approach is used.
