Countries experience intense competition in attracting investors. In order to compete in a sustainable way, many important and critical issues need to be taken into consideration, from planning to continuous improvement and from population to managerial experience. In this study, data are obtained from Turkey Investment Support and Promotion Agency under the Investment Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey. 12 countries are sorted in descending order with respect to 19 criteria.

... se criteria show levels of competitiveness of the countries in the field. TOPSIS (Technique for Order Performance by Similarity to Ideal Solution) and COPRAS (Complex Proportional Assessment) methods are used to rank the countries. According to the results of the TOPSIS and the COPRAS methods, the United States ranks first in the list of the most investable countries and the United Kingdom ranks second. Turkey comes fourth in the ranking obtained from the TOPSIS while it ranks third based on the result obtained from the COPRAS.
