This paper describes the phenomenon of bilingualism on low ethnic complexity border region of Belu Regency and South Central Timor, East Nusa Tenggara Province. It is marked by its speakers understanding and using Tetun language (TL), Dawan language (DL) and Indonesian language (IL).
