Currently, there is much debate about the US legal immigration system. Respondents were given a a number of options to evaluate for changing the US system for legal immigration. The US system for legal immigration provides selected foreigners with the right to reside in the United States on a permanent basis by providing them with what is commonly known as a "green card."
