The article deals with social aspects related to finding and functioning of freedom in the context of social changes. The finding of freedom is defined by the «liberation» of social actors in the form of recognition and realization of the fundamental human rights. The functioning of freedom is characterized by the «enslavement» of actors within the context of responsibility, superintendence and control.
