Digitization provides fundamental transformations in all spheres of human life and activity. In addition, modern digital technologies have become not just the engine of economic development, they perform important social tasks, allowing to effectively address pressing problems of society, such as quality of life and health, labor market transformation, social stratification, environmental problems.
