Purpose To study the value of adding collagen matrix (CM) to the surgical procedure combined trabeculotomy-trabeculectomy with mitomycin C (CTTM) for the treatment of Primary congenital glaucoma (PCG). Patients and methods Fourty eyes were operated upon. The CM was inserted under the scleral and conjunctival flaps. Follow up was for 6 -12months Results At 6 months; all eyes manifested full success.
