Purpose To study the value of adding collagen matrix (CM) to the surgical procedure combined trabeculotomy-trabeculectomy with mitomycin C (CTTM) for the treatment of Primary congenital glaucoma (PCG). Conclusion This study is novel in using both MMC and CM implant at the same time for augmentation of CTT procedure with highest success ever reported for PCG. Biodegradable CM markedly increased the short and long term surgical success with marked reduction of complications.
