Objective: The study was to investigate the application of emergency nursing model in emergency treatment in critically ill patients. Methods: 100 critically ill patients undergoing emergency treatment from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group. The control received routine emergency care, while the experimental adopted emergency nursing model. Specific measures include (1) rapid triage, (2) scientific triage and rapid rescue, (3) doi:10.1111/bcpt.13588 pmid:34041856 fatcat:wobg4mjgunfilgvzqsj5l4an7m

Results: With professional nursing records, both groups received significant therapeutic effects, but the hospital stay of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group. The emergency medical expenses of the experimental were less than those of the control, with obvious differences between the two groups and statistical significance. Conclusion: Emergency nursing model can play a significant role in emergency of critically ill patients. Compared with routine emergency nursing, emergency nursing model is superior to routine emergency nursing in terms of first-aid time, hospital stay, and emergency medical expenses, which is worthy of application and promotion in clinical nursing.
