Results of data analysis showed that: 1) there is a positive and significant relationship between the professional competence with performance of teachers; 2 ) there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture with teacher performance, 3) there is a positive and significant relationship between professional competence and organizational culture together with the performance of biology teacher's. Conclusions of this study is that there are positive and significant relationship between professional competence and organizational culture, alone or together with the performance of biology teacher's of junior high school in Binjai.
