The basic principles of the system approach in the study of the regularities of the phenomena of magnetic-electric activation of hydrocarbon-containing waste gases combustion processes for heat generation are formulated. A method for analyzing the gases composition and a plan for studying the regularities of the phenomena of magnetic-electric activation of hydrocarboncontaining waste gases combustion processes for generating heat has been developed.
