Scrum at a Fortune 500 Manufacturing Company

In a mature fortune 500 manufacturing company, such as 3M Company, many processes and procedures for developing products have been put in place over the years. Many of these tools and procedures are very formal with a focus on developing and releasing products that are to be mass manufactured worldwide by the thousands.
