The article describes the design of the dehydrator of moisture-containing waste paper production, methods and results of its experimental studies. An adequate statistical expression has been obtained for the mutual influence of voltage by the electrodes, processing time, amount of moisture removed, humidity, current strength by electrodes, required power and energy.
