Paclitaxel (Taxol) is an effective agent in metastatic breast cancer (1), with known adverse effects (2), but pancreatitis has not been reported. We report a case in which paclitaxel may have caused acute pancreatitis. A 74-year-old woman was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1988. She received
