Relationship between interaction of piled-up dislocations and strain induced boundary migration in pure aluminum bicrystals In order to clarify the eŠect of piled-up dislocations on the strain induced boundary migration (SIBM), deformation and recrystallization experiments were performed using an aluminum bicrystal specimen with twin boundary at initial orientation.
