Serially concatenated continuous phase modulation (SC-CPM) is known to be a preferred choice of modulation technique for achieving high efficiencies in bandwidth and power. Commonly used SCCPM schemes use bitwise interleaving for concatenations. In this paper, we consider symbolwise interleaving based on a decoding error analysis.
