Secondly, a variety of morphological data have produced as an effective decision support tool in the provision of ecosystem services approach and protectionutilization balance of the basin. Morphological properties of watershed that effect water protection process defined as; elevation, slope, land cover, geology, erosion, distance to stream bed and distance to water body, and scored according to degree of impact on water flow rate in addition to ecosystem services potential. Ecosystem services and morphological properties evaluated in holistic approach. Finally, primary, secondary and tertiary conservation areas were determined. Results: The study integrates the euclidean distance measurement system and unique features of the region to create sustainable drinking water basin conservation management. Conclusion: This study contributes to the literature by taking into account the ecological subjective values of the watershed to determine the conservation areas in order to ensure the protection of drinking water basins. The study carried out in order to eliminate the shortcomings experienced in the protection concept which is only taken into consideration the euclidean distances.
