L'Ve rcport a very rare case of NEFH presumably originating in the pulmonary artery and rcsembling recurrent pulmonary thromboembolism, MFH was suggested by transbronchial biopsy and confirrned by open lung biopsy. Obstruction of the righL main pulmonary artery and stenosis of the left main pulmonary arter>, was confirmcd by pulmonary angiography, malignant fibrous histioc>'toma, pulmonary thrombocmbolism, pu]monary artery sarcoma.
