... gned as a two-part system. One part is customized per the data quality needs of each functional group. The second part is generic and is applied across the entire CCHMC biobanking data system. Results of the two parts are combined and delivered as a seamless data set for end users to analyze and correct non-compliant data elements. The EDQI system was implemented alongside a vendor developed biobanking software system, BTM (Biomaterial Tracking and Management), written by DSI (Daedalus Software Inc.).
