The study aimed at identifying the extent of the contribution of the Medium, Small and Micro Enterprise Development Agency (MSMEDA) to the development of the study community in educational, training and health sectors, and identifying the relationship between each of the educational variables, training variables and health variables, and the level of success of projects in the study sample, the study also aimed at holding a case study for some of the owners and the workers of study community.
more » ... e study was conducted in 2 villages of Belqas administrative Center (Al-sarif and Al-Jawhari) located in Dakahlia Governorate, the study sample was estimated by 347 Randomly chosen from the study community contains projects owners and workers, And a questionnaire was chosen also as a tool for data collection, the study also used the case study as a research method on 4 chosen owners and their workers from the successful projects in the study area. The study got many results the most important ones were: There is a clear strong contribution to the MSMEDA in developing and Enhancing the social capital for better opportunities of successful projects and the results show that the most Important variables is Education followed by Training then Health. And there is significant relationship between all of the Education variables and the project success, also there is a significant relationship between all of the Training Variables and the project success, Except for "Training the workers on new technology" variable, finally there is a significant relationship between all of the Health variables and the project success. As for the case study the results show that there is a clear interest from the projects owners for the workers Health, Educational and Training status as a reason for successful project and higher income.
