In this bachelor thesis the measurement of geometric accuracy of machine tools is described. The measurement of circle interpolation is implemented and the results are evaluated. The theoretic part deals with sources of error origin and accuracy division according to affecting factors. Further, the geometric errors are analyzed and determination of basic methods outlined.
