Effects of the Organizational Climate of Firefighters on the Job Performance

This study aimed to contribute to the preparation of an action plan for improving job performance at an individual level for firefighters by examining how the organizational climate perceived by firefighters affects job performance. For the foregoing, this study conducted a survey with a purposive sampling method targeting 187 firefighting officers in Seoul and Incheon.
