Embankments on soft ground often encounter many problems such as settlement, slip, and deformation that exceed the permitted limit. In recent years, a new type of foundation called "geosynthetic-reinforced pile-supported embankments" has been used. Until now, although the behavior of this foundation type has been analyzed and certain results have been presented in literature, calculation methods do not allow geotechnical engineers to calculate the results accurately.
