Efficacy of a 9-week Exercise Program including Rectus Abdominis Eccentric Exercise in a Girl Patient Diagnosed with Thoracic Kyphosis

The increase in the prevalence of thoracic kyphosis in childhood and adolescence affects the whole spine, causing posture disruption, decreased muscle strength, and increased back pain and shortness. 7-8 weeks of exercise programs in conservative treatment of thoracic kyphosis are beneficial in reducing pain and correcting posture.
