The aim of the study is to investigate a vasomotor function of patients with COPD against the development of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) with an elevation of the ST segment of the electrocardiogram. The brachial artery reactivity was studied in 42 patients with COPD during the course of treatment in the Amur Regional Clinical Hospital.
