요 약 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생을 대상으로 자아존중감, 생명의료윤리의식, 삶의 질, 죽음태도간의 연관성을 분석하고, 죽음태도에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위함이다. 자료수집은 경기도 소재 4년제 간호대학의 학생 130명을 대상으로 구조 화된 설문지로 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 14.0을 이용하여 Independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, Multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구대상자의 자아존중감과 죽음태도, 생명의료윤리의식과 죽음 태도 간에 각각 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 대상자의 죽음태도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 자아존중감(β=.25)과 생명의료 윤리의식(β=.11)으로 나타났으며, 총 설명력은 21.2%였다(F=10.4, p<.001). 본 연구를 통하여, 간호대학생의 죽음태도에 영향 을 미치는 다양한 요인을 파악하고 긍정적인 죽음태도를 형성할 수 있는

Abstract This study examined the relationships between self-esteem, and the awareness of biomedical ethics and the quality of life and death attitude, as well as the factors influencing the death attitude among 130 nursing students in college. The data were analyzed using an independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression with the SPSS Win 14.0 Program. Significant positive correlations were observed between the self-esteem and death attitude, between the awareness of biomedical ethics and the death attitude. The predictors for the death attitude were self-esteem (β=.25) and awareness of biomedical ethics (β=.11). The model explained 21.2% (F=10.4, p<.001) of the variance. The findings indicated that more study will be needed to explore the factors influencing the death attitude and to develop education programs for reinforcing a positive death attitude among college nursing students.
