The paper presents the Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) algorithms, and investigates their convergence properties. Our investigation is limited to the following ACO algorithms: Ant System, MAX-MIN Ant System, Elitist Strategy of Ant System and Rank Based Version of Ant System.
