This paper is an extension of work originally presented in 2019 Third World Conference on Smart Trends in Systems Security and Sustainability (WorldS4) . more »... the security policy in the form of temporal modal structures CTL logic and method for reconfiguring the runtime environment of the supercomputers taking into account the mobility requirements (built-in computations) based on the application of the trajectories of computing state security descriptors on Kripke structures. The methods develop a number of provisions of the theory of information security, based on the new concept of Information Security of stationary and onboard supercomputer computing systems as a calculated convolution of the states of the execution environment (hardware or virtual) and system software.
