This paper presents the initial development of a coursework project monitoring system for the students of the postgraduate program at the faculty. An online system is built and can be accessed by the postgraduate students, supervisors, examiners and coordinators. The effectiveness of this system will be tested for the students of the next session and improvements will be made from time to time. It is hoped that this system will facilitate project management and monitoring can be carried out more effectively.
