The effects of annealing temperature (600℃, 625℃, 650℃, 680℃) and aluminum content (1.5%, 2.0%, 2.5%) on the microstructures and mechanical properties of complex aluminum-brass were investigated. The results show that with the increase of Al content, the grains of Al-brass become finer, and the tensile strength increases, while the elongation decreases. The tensile strength and the elongation of Al-brass with 1.5% Al are ~430MPa and 36%, respectively.
