This study aims to analyze the concept of implementing the integration of Islam and Science at SMA IT Al Ihsan Pekanbaru. This research runs using a qualitative approach. The application of the integration of science and Islam is realized in learning activities and also becomes the spirit in non-academic activities. In PAI learning, the integration of Science and Islam is realized through the responsibility of the PAI teacher in guiding students to achieve competence in practicing the Qur'an. New insights that can be developed from the results of this research are the development of the concept of the integration of Islam and Science in which Islamic values become a measuring instrument for the achievement of competence of students studying at the Integrated Islamic School.
