more » ... ortant of which are: there is a degree of agreement between managers and employees on the existence of shortcomings of banks in terms of rewards and appreciation, the results of the current study confirmed that there are deficiencies in the use of social media to achieve strategic performance where banks do not adopt innovation and new ideas.
