The effect of management factors and job satisfaction on human resources efficiency: A case study of paramedical employees of public hospitals in Ardabil

more » ... Cochran's formula was used to determine the sample size. According to this formula, the number of sample was equal to 322. Pearson's correlation coefficient was used to test the hypotheses. The results showed that management factors had a significant positive correlation with human resources efficiency.
