The aim of this literature review is to analyse the effectiveness of project-based learning on students' science process skills (SPS). Project-based learning as the learning method, which is recommended by the Indonesian curriculum, supposed to improve students' skills. Indonesian curriculum emphasizes the achievement of students' competencies, namely spiritual, social, knowledge and skills.
