Preliminary studies show that several programs have not reached the specified Minimum Service Standards (MSS), namely customer satisfaction in the Emergency Room (34.0%) from the standard 70%, outpatient satisfaction (73.21%) from the standard ≥90%, satisfaction of inpatients is 60.89% from the standard 90%.
