The effect of incentives on nurse performance at bahteramas general hospital, Indonesia

Preliminary studies show that several programs have not reached the specified Minimum Service Standards (MSS), namely customer satisfaction in the Emergency Room (34.0%) from the standard 70%, outpatient satisfaction (73.21%) from the standard ≥90%, satisfaction of inpatients is 60.89% from the standard 90%. The conclusion in this study is that incentives affect the performance of nurses at Bahteramas General Hospital.
