Labial fusion developing in a 40-year old premenopausal woman

We report a case of labial fusion in a reproductive age woman with normal menses. Complete labial fusion developed on the background of lichen sclerosis although she had no symptoms of vulvar pruritus. She had been put on estrogen cream treatment before presenting to our unit without any benefit. Her primary complaint was difficulty voiding, which was resolved with surgical separation and treatment with a combination of estrogen and clobetasol propionate. Labial fusion is very rare in
